How do I contact someone at Kottr.com
You can send an email to info [at] kottr [dot] com if you have any technical issues or any other problems. If you have name changes, picture request removals, etc, those need to be left as a comment on the individual picture in question. That way the staff can get to them accordingly.

What about Picture Usage?
All the contributing members of the gallery know that we do not keep tabs on how our pictures are used. In fact we want out pictures to be shared with friends and family. We ask if possible that you retain the URL of http://kottr.com/ if reposting pictures on web sites, and if that isn't doable, no worries! However we do ask that 2 things be observed; 1) Use these pictures in good faith and do not manipulate them in a way which would hurt any person in the pictures. 2) Do not link directly to these pictures from your web site (also known as hotlinking), please copy them to your own personal web page. This of course does not apply to those sending links to their friends in email.

What is your Captioning Policy?
Often times we will only put a person's first name and leave off the rest. However with the exception of sitting royals, we almost never use titles in our pictures. Originally, we included titles with all the pictures, but people would come back to us and tell us their title was now out of date, which meant we had to go adjust all their names. With over 10,000 pictures, that just isn't feasible, so we leave titles off. We hope you understand. Also with such a large group of photographers and captioners, a lot of people get their names left off even though they might think they are tight with the main photographers. This happens because we don't all review all the photos that get uploaded, so gaps appear.
